We research and document your property, and meet with you to understand your values, needs, and preferences for your home.

We explore and communicate various design concepts for your spaces, and refine them with you through sketches, models, and plans.

We finalize the layout and dimensions, and coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate systems and structures.

We specify the materials and details, and create the drawings and specifications for construction. We work with you to select the finishes and fixtures.

We apply for the permit and submit the drawings to the city. We communicate with the city staff and address any issues or revisions until the permit is issued.

We communicate with you and the contractor to ensure the design is executed as intended. We review the contractor’s work and visit the site regularly to monitor the progress. We support you throughout the construction process to achieve a high quality finished project.
