The 7th and H street project is the result of a dedication to community and sustainability in design
This 8 story mixed-use development includes 150 affordable residential units on top of a health clinic and retail spaces on the ground floor. The common areas on the second level open out to a large landscaped roof terrace for all residents within the building. The upper floors of the building have a thin footprint, allowing each residential unit great daylight and views. The building design includes energy and water efficient technologies throughout. The roof of the building is capped with a large photo voltaic array, providing 50% of the electric used within the building while making it 49% more efficient than the California energy code requires.
